Dairy Free Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Can of full fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
- Optional:
- Cinnamon
- Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Make sure to refrigerate coconut milk overnight
- Open coconut milk and scrape the cream off the top. Do not dump the liquid as you will need this later in the recipe
- Place the cream in your kitchen aid and whip it, adding a little of the liquid from the can to reach desired consistency. I typically use 1-2 Tbsp of the liquid depending on how hard the coconut cream is
- Add in cinnamon and maple syrup to taste, if desired.
Notes
**I typically make this without the maple syrup. Most of the time you are putting this whipped cream on something that is sweet and so it isn't needed. I find that the version with the maple syrup is too sweet for me.
