Homemade Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 can of organic full fat coconut milk
  • 2 cans full or filtered water
Instructions
  1. Open can and pour coconut milk into blender
  2. Fill the empty can with filtered water twice and add to blender
  3. Blend on low until coconut milk and water are thoroughly blended
  4. Pour into a glass milk container (can purchase here) and store in the refrigerator for up 3 or 4 days.
Notes
** The coconut cream will settle on top in the refrigerator. Be sure to shake before using.
** This milk has no preservatives and will only last about 3-4 days in the fridge before getting sour. But believe me, it won't last that long anyway :)
