In honor of the 4th of July coming up, I’m excited to share this super easy (and guilt free) homemade chicken wing recipe! I have posted about the buffalo sauce I use in this recipe before and I am totally addicted to it! This is such a simple recipe and is sure to be a hit. Enjoy!
Guilt Free Homemade Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages organic chicken wings (depending on how many people you are feeding)
- double batch of homemade buffalo sauce, recipe here
Instructions
- Make Homemade Buffalo Sauce
- Put a small amount of buffalo sauce in a bowl to coat buffalo wings and reserve the rest for dipping
- Line 2 baking sheets with foil, place baking rack on top
- Coat chicken wings with buffalo sauce and place on cooking rack (if more sauce is needed to coat chicken wings slowly ad more to the bowl as needed)
- Bake for 45-50 minutes
- Serve with reserved buffalo sauce on the side for dipping
