Every holiday I like to make a treat that is festive, delicious and most importantly, healthy! These paleo and vegan parfaits are easy to make and were a great treat for the fourth of July! Holidays are the toughest times to stay healthy and are the times that I crave comfort food the most. That’s why I always make sure I’m prepared with a healthy “treat” for myself so I don’t feel left out and find myself grabbing one of the unhealthy options available at a gathering or party. Perfect Paleo & Vegan Strawberry Jam Parfaits
Ingredients
- Organic Blueberries
- Homemade Coconut Whipped Cream (Recipe Here)
- Strawberry Chia Jam (Recipe Here)
Instructions
- Make coconut whipped cream and strawberry chia seed jam
- In a glass or small ball jar, layer the three ingredients. I start with the jam, then top that with the coconut whipped cream and blueberries. I don't measure the quantities. I just layer as desired for the amount I feel like eating.

I had a bunch of strawberries to use up and made a big batch of the jam to have on hand! I put it on my paleo bread with some almond butter too. So yummy!
